Returns Policy
Spain — 7 days We offer a return period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the order for all customers in peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands.
Europe — 14 days In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason.
Return Conditions For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- It must not have been used or handled
- It must include all original accessories and documentation
Excluded Products For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of products that have been opened or used are not accepted, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Return Process
- Contact us at help@velaurfragances.com, indicating your order number and reason for return
- We will send you instructions for the return shipment
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:
- The product arrived defective or damaged
- An incorrect product was sent due to our error
In these cases, Velaur will cover all return and reshipment costs.
Refunds The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The crediting period depends on your bank, generally between 3 and 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending photos to help@velaurfragances.com. We will arrange a reshipment or refund at no additional cost to you.
