What is Velaur? Velaur is an online perfumery specializing in luxury Arabian fragrances. We offer an exclusive selection of the best Middle Eastern brands, delivered directly to your door in Spain and throughout Europe.

Where do the fragrances come from? All our fragrances are 100% authentic and come directly from official manufacturers in the Middle East. We work only with authorized distributors to guarantee the authenticity of each product.

Do you ship to all of Europe? Yes. We ship to all countries in the European Union. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally between 3 and 7 business days for Europe. Peninsular Spain receives orders within 24-48 hours.

What is the shipping cost? Shipping within Spain has a fixed cost. For the rest of Europe, the cost varies depending on the destination country. Shipping is free above a certain amount. Check the current conditions during the purchase process.

Can I return a product? Yes. In accordance with European consumer regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days from receipt, without needing to provide a reason. The product must be unopened and in perfect condition. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product arrives defective.

Do the prices include taxes? Yes. All prices shown in our store include the applicable VAT according to current regulations in Spain. For shipments to other EU countries, tax adjustments may apply according to local legislation.

Do the products have an authenticity guarantee? Yes. All products sold at Velaur are verified and 100% original. We never sell imitations or counterfeits. Each fragrance includes its original packaging and manufacturer documentation.

Do you accept all payment methods? We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed with SSL encryption and comply with the current PSD2 strong authentication regulations in Europe.

What if my order arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending a photo of the product to help@velaurfragances.com. We will arrange for reshipment or refund at no additional cost to you.

Can I modify or cancel my order? You can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible at help@velaurfragances.com, providing your order number.
